Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read carefully:

  • Change of Mind – As books are printed in limited runs, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items – If your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please email us within 14 days of delivery at mary@explorewithme.co.nz or phone 021996498 with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refund Processing – Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
