Delivery Area – We currently ship within New Zealand and internationally.

Processing Time – Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment.

Delivery Time – Standard NZ Post delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs – Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free local pickup may be available in Ashburton (by arrangement).

Lost Mail - Sometimes parcels go on little adventures of their own! If yours hasn’t made it to your letterbox within 10 working days (in New Zealand), please let us know so we can track it down. International orders can take a bit longer, but if your book seems to have wandered off, just get in touch — we’re here to help.
